Rajasthan Royals batsman Sanju Samson scored the first century of IPL 2019 against Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad on Friday. He remained unbeaten on 102 off 55 balls.
- Sanju Samson scored the first century of VIVO IPL 2019,
- Samson scored his 2nd hundred in the Indian Premier League career,
- Samson become the 4th Indian after Kohli, Sehwag and Vijay to score more than 1 century in IPL
A fine century from Samson and a knock of 70 by the Skipper, propel @rajasthanroyals to a total of 198/2.

Sanju Samson has scored the first century of VIVO IPL 2019, recently David Warner was very close to scoring a hundred for Sunrisers Hyderabad but he was dismissed for 85.
Back in 2017 Samson scored his first IPL century against against Rising Pune Supergiant for Delhi Capitals, in 2018 he haven’t scored any century but he was very sensational and smashed 441 runs from 15 matches.
I normally don’t like to talk about individuals in cricket. But seeing his skills I am glad to note that Sanju Samson is currently the best Wicketkeeper batsman in India. For me he should be batting number 4 in the World Cup @BCCI @rajasthanroyals @IPL @StarSportsIndia

I know he is not consistent enough at the domestic level etc, but when on song, how many Indians can bat like Sanju Samson does? Not many. 👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏#RRvsSRH
