Talking about impressive knock, Ashwin said, “I just hope that he goes from strength to strength from here on. He has had a fabulous year and he has been striking the ball really well. The away team’s scoring rate fell down considerably in the middle overs, and Hardik Pandya’s 19-ball 31 helped them to put up a respectable total. After a last-ball win against Royal Challengers Bangalore on Thursday, Mumbai Indians were looking to continue the winning momentum against controversy-hit Kings XI Punjab in the ninth match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2019.
